If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.
Eligibility:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Exclusions:
Our ‘Vanity Table’ Collection is excluded from Change of Mind returns.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to return a product, please note that the original shipping cost and a 3% Stripe processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the cost of shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility. The remaining amount will be processed as your refund once we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible with photos of the damage.
