RETURNS, DAMAGED & FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
Packaging Requirement
When opening your product, please ensure all packaging is handled carefully and kept in good condition. All original packaging must be retained for at least 10 days after delivery, as it may be required for return or inspection purposes.
If original packaging is disposed of within the first 10 days and a return is required, the customer will be responsible for arranging suitable packaging at their own cost to ensure the item can be safely transported.
Where appropriate, we may assist with guidance on packaging requirements; however, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return transit due to insufficient or unsuitable packaging.
Delivery Inspection (Important)
We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery at the time of arrival:
If the packaging appears damaged, do not sign immediately
You may open the item in front of the delivery driver
You may contact us on 0800 769 109 for immediate assistance
If the item is found to be damaged, please refuse delivery and request the driver to return it.
Once a delivery is signed as received in good condition, this may affect claims where damage should have been reasonably identified at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Faulty Items (On Arrival)
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault:
We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under New Zealand law.
Faults Within 10 Days of Use
If a fault develops within 10 days:
All claims will be assessed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
After 10 Days
After this period, the product remains covered under our standard warranty and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
Change of Mind Returns
Applicable deductions:
Original shipping cost
3% processing fee
Return shipping cost
Refunds are processed after inspection.
Exclusions
The “Vanity Table” Collection is excluded from change-of-mind returns only and does not affect your rights under New Zealand law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
